How can I best start pink Queen Anne's Lace?
I was out on one of my rambles this past weekend and saw a Queen Anne's Lace plant that had pink flowers. It was growing wild amidst a bunch of white ones in an field out in back of the local community center. I did a double take since I had only seen white before. I did some Internet research and found a site that sells pink QAL as an ornamental, but they also said that it does not seed itself. I had planned on returning in a few weeks to see if that plant had produced seeds, so I wanted to know if this plant just doesn't set seed or if it does, but the seeds are sterile and I shouldn't wast my time harvesting sterile seeds or looking for seeds that don't exist, or what would be the best method to start plants from this pink oddity.
