Is this a good way to sort out if water borading is torture?

Hopefully when you need it as a terrorist is holding someone you love someone will do it...These are TERRORISTS that we actually have the RIGHT to SUMMARILY EXECUTE we just want to get information that can and HAS saved others...They are NOT uniformed soldiers covered under the Geneva Convention...please care more for the 14 yr old girl they hack the head off of because she was going to school...to them that is a crime punishable by death...and these are your HEROES....
