Help with applying to colleges?

Ok...so its always been a dream of mine to get into a really good college. Not necessarily the ivies or anything, but schools like Northwestern, Pomona, Claremont-McKenna, Rice, Duke,etc. I would say my DREAM school would be Stanford. Anyway, I am worried that I will not have enough extracurriculars and leadership positions on my resume by the time I apply. I am currently a junior and all I have so far is Key Club for 3 years (will be 4 by senior year) and volunteering at the hospital every Wednesday after school. I ran for vice pres of Key Club but didn't win it. I also applied for NHS but didn't get it. I did crew in 9th grade, but it just took up too much time. My parents even encouraged me to quit crew! Sports have never interested me and I've tried many of them. I am extremely short so I can't do many of them competitively. I feel like I've tried almost everything, but things just don't work out! I have a 4.125 GPA (take honors/AP cles) and have ok SAT scores. I just don't know what to do! Please help! Any advice is appreciated!
