Christains - A serious question about evil spirits from a believer (if you are still up)?

If you profane the name of Jesus CHrist in writing yet repented and an evil spirit is haring you beacuse of it does it have a legal right to stay and not leave in His name. You might need to know something about deliverance to answer the question.
