My look is boring...?

When ever i look in the mirror i am always disappointed. I don't look ugly i look decent, everyday i want to look amazing there are some days that i think i look really good and i want that to be everyday. I look kinda weird with makeup because i have very pale skin, i don't have any idea what to do for makeup and i'm only 13. What kind of makeup should i wear, i have concealer for those couple of pimples i mean i am 13, i wear some mascara on the top lashes and that is it, i have lip gloss but like the cheap kind from the dollar store lol. MY clothes are so..drab. And i am not the skinniest person around, any tips to make me look slimmer other than black,and something that will cost a lot. Thanks guys bye.
