I'M A NOOB THAT NEEDS TO Hack!?

i am a lev 19 archer on maple story and all my freinds are telling me to hack, but i don't know how to. they told me about using an engine and stuff, but i still just don't know what they are talking about, they also told me that it's hard to find and "engine" and they keep telling me that it's to complicated to explain.. can someone help me out here!!
