Education for international students in US, UK, Europe...?

Ok, i am very lost... I do not know what website to go to, and what to write in google. I just finished 11th grade and i will be done with school in 2011 after 12th grade, when i will be 17. I want to go somewhere for my university. I lived in uzbekistan most of my life and studied in an international school sine 1st grade. i want to learn in english. i want to study somewhere abroad like US, UK, canada or like anywhere in europe. I feel very lost and confused because the more i think of what major to take the more i get confused. But if only that would be the problem. I don't know about the system of education. Like what age do we go to a university and what about college and what about all that graduate undergradate and so on. I need to get a scholarship. I also don't know all those terms and the differnces, Like scholarship, fellowships and so on. I didnt find any prices on studying on the websites of universities. Ahg, i feel so confused and i have no idea where to get any help. I want to understand all this system and the terms and everything. The field i want to learn in is Filmography or something like that. But what i want to learn is the whole system of education and the terms. Thank you alot if anyone replies...
